Business Operations Coordinator

As an employee‑owned firm, we prioritize people, flexibility and community impact. We are hiring a full‑time Business Operations Coordinator in Middleton, WI; West Allis, WI; Bloomington, MN. The role supports office operations, vendor coordination and administrative projects across our locations. Responsibilities Assist with workstation nameplate inventory, ordering, shipping and quality control. Coordinate office access control quotes, installation, implementation and credentials. Assist with utility and office services setup, account maintenance and reconciliation. Gather and maintain office data in company database, spreadsheets and intranet. Research, onboard and coordinate vendors for office relocations. Maintain company standard shopping list for office supplies. Record office expenditures and track against budget. Provide administrative support for special projects aligned with executive priorities. Other duties as assigned. A valid driver’s license and approximately 5% travel will be required. Requirements Associate’s degree in business administration, management or related field from an accredited institution and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Preferred Experience 3–5 years of relevant administrative experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to handle confidential information discreetly. Strong performance under pressure, goal‑oriented and deadline‑focused. Excellent communication, organization, grammar and problem‑solving skills. Ability to multi‑task and produce quality results.
