We are currently looking for Radar Cross Section (RCS) Range Radar Operators to support challenging, state-of-the-art technical projects during testing. What You Will Do * Responsible for operating instrumentation radar during the collection of RCS measurements * Calibration of the radar system * Regular health and quality testing of the radar system and subsystems * Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues in the radar system * Annual review of the Range Book and updating as required * Ensure data quality and integrity * Support target configuration and test set-up This job is in Tucson, AZ and the position is onsite. Qualifications You Must Have * Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience * Experience in calibration, maintenance and characterization of RF equipment for far field RCS measurements * Experience supporting RCS measurement testing * Understanding of radar system operation * Test asset configuration and mounting * Test plan generation * Secret security clearance Qualifications We Prefer * Top Secret security clearance What We Offer - Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
