Entry Level Accounts Payable Clerk

Our focus on proactive quality control, customer relationships, field management, training, and rapid reaction to problems when they do occur has earned us a strong reputation for reliability in our industry.

We are looking to hire an Accounts Payable person with a high attention to detail, who is a self-starter, and with the ability to problem-solve.

Responsibilities include:

· Review, validate, and process vendor invoices

· Communicate with vendors concerning inquiries

· Resolve invoicing and payment issues

· Maintain Vendor accounts

· Assist with other projects as needed

Education and Experience Requirements:

· Two-year degree or equivalent experience preferred

· One to two years minimum work experience in accounting preferred

· Proficient in Excel preferred

· Working knowledge of Quickbooks Enterprise (or Quickbooks software) preferred.
