Role Description
We are looking for a motivated and high-energy Junior HR Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a 100% remote, full-time position perfect for a "people person" who is eager to start their career in the recruitment industry.
As a Junior Recruiter, you will be the first point of contact for potential candidates, helping us identify and attract top talent across various industries. If you are a fresh graduate with exceptional English skills and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing: Identify potential candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and internal databases).
- Screening: Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or Excel sheets.
- Communication: Act as a bridge between the company and applicants, providing timely feedback and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Native or near-native English fluency (both written and verbal) is a must.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel/Google Sheets) and comfort learning new software tools.
- Strong multitasking abilities, a proactive attitude, and excellent "people skills."
- A stable internet connection and a quiet dedicated workspace for remote work.
