Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. This role requires an individual with strong customer service skills, the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate must be comfortable operating a variety of equipment, including flatbed trailers, commercial-sized pressure cleaners, various lifts, and a propane-powered street sweeper. The candidate should be able to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays, while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and solve technical problems without supervision, ensuring the smooth operation of all equipment.
• Operate and maintain flatbed trailers, commercial-sized pressure cleaners, various style lifts, and propane-powered street sweepers safely and efficiently.
• Write up detailed reports summarizing daily activities, tasks completed, issues encountered, and resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies at all times.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while being a cooperative team player when needed.
• Available to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays, adapting to a flexible schedule.
• Assist in routine maintenance and inspections of all assigned equipment.
• Collaborate with other team members and management to improve processes and procedures as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven customer service experience with excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities with minimal to no assistance.
• Experience operating flatbed trailers, commercial-sized pressure cleaners, various lifts, and propane-powered street sweepers preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a high degree of self-reliance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing schedules.
• Must be available to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug tests as required by company policy.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Ability to work in outdoor environments in various weather conditions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting, and operating equipment.
