Au sein de votre ple, votre mission principale consiste recouvrer les impays de loyers. Pour ce faire, vous analysez les dossiers afin d'orienter les actions de recouvrement suivant la situation des dbiteurs. Vous mettez donc en uvre les moyens amiables de recouvrement jusqu'aux procdures judiciaires, et suivez galement les excutions de jugement. Par consquent, vous tes l'interlocuteur privilgi des partenaires d'aides sociales, avocats et huissiers.
De formation minimum Bac + 3 dans le domaine juridique, vous avez acquis une premire exprience dans un poste similaire. Vos qualits d'analyse, de rigueur, votre sens de l'organisation et votre esprit d'quipe vous permettent d'tre force de persuasion et de vous adapter un public en difficult. Vous matrisez parfaitement le Pack Office (idalement Ulis NG) et vos qualits rdactionnelles ne sont plus dmontrer.
