HR Operations Support Specialist
Provide support to HR colleagues, executives, managers, and employees with HR inquiries and by delivering a high level of customer service through HR Answer calls and emails. Provide support on a range of other processes which could include; employee service awards, tuition reimbursement, performance management, employee terminations, unemployment compensation, and verification of employment. Provide routine information to internal clients on HR processes and policies. Contribute to the on-going development of the HR Operations FAQ library. Troubleshoots technical system issues, follow through to resolution and provide support to employees and HR.
We are looking for candidates with 1-2 years of HR experience who has worked with Workday, Outlook, ServiceNow, and interacted with employees through phone and email. Preferred: Bachelor's or 1-2 years of work experience in a Shared Services/Customer Service environment. Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Workday.
