Accounts Receivable Clerk

We're hiring a Billing & AR Clerk to own invoicing, payments, collections, and customer billing inquiries. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across finance and customer-facing functions, we'd love to hear from you. Competitive pay at $22–$25/hr based on experience - 4 days in office What you’ll do Accounts receivable Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and on schedule Post and reconcile customer payments Monitor AR aging and follow up on outstanding balances Maintain accurate customer account records and documentation Collections Contact customers regarding past-due invoices and outstanding balances Work through payment issues while preserving positive business relationships Document collection activities and account status updates Respond to billing inquiries and payment-related questions Research and resolve billing discrepancies and account disputes Communicate with customers and vendors to address issues efficiently Accounts payable support & admin Assist with resolving vendor invoice discrepancies and payment issues Enter billing and accounting data accurately; verify for completeness Provide general administrative and accounting support as needed What you bring Prior experience in AR, collections, bookkeeping, customer service, or a related admin role Strong verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy with financial data Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion Strong organizational and time-management skills Nice to have Experience with accounting or invoicing software; QuickBooks is a plus Comfort learning new software systems and business applications quickly #J-18808-Ljbffr
