1st Shift Opportunity

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Position Type: Contract-to-Hire

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our Mailroom Operations team. In this role, you will help process, organize, and digitize incoming mail and documents in a production-driven office environment. This is an active position that combines document handling, scanning, data entry, and quality-focused work while being on your feet throughout most of the day.

• Open, sort, and organize incoming mail and documents.
• Prepare documents for scanning by removing staples, paper clips, and other fasteners.
• Scan and digitize documents using high-volume scanning equipment.
• Review scanned documents for accuracy and quality.
• Sort and distribute mail into designated bins and departments.
• Perform basic data entry and document tracking within computer systems.
• Maintain organization and accuracy while processing high volumes of mail.
• Follow company procedures to ensure confidential documents are handled properly.
• Support team productivity goals in a fast-paced production environment.

• Previous experience in a mailroom, administrative, clerical, office support, document processing, or data entry role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with computers, email, and basic office software.
• Ability to stay organized while managing repetitive tasks.
• Strong time management and ability to meet daily production goals.
• Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift.
• Capable of lifting up to 15 pounds as needed.
• Minimum of 3 months of office or professional work experience preferred.

This is a Contract position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Saint Paul,MN.
