Expand your career in school-based speech-language pathology with an exciting contract opportunity supporting students across Washington and Greene Counties in Pennsylvania. This full-time role is ideal for licensed SLP professionals who are passionate about facilitating student success, enjoy varied daily environments, and excel at managing diverse caseloads.

Two onsite positions are now available: one supporting Washington Park Elementary exclusively, and another providing services across multiple school sites. Training for both roles will be held in August at the McMurray Campus, with students returning to classrooms later in the month. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 3 PM, with an end date in early June. The multi-site position involves travel between Bethlehem-Center Elementary, Fort Cherry Elementary, and Waynesburg locations. Candidates should be comfortable with these commute requirements.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid PA SLP Educator Certificate required.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) strongly preferred.
• Experience in school settings, especially elementary levels, is highly valued.
• Ability to organize and manage caseloads of up to 50 students.
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services in compliance with IEPs.
• Complete comprehensive assessments and progress reports.
• Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student development.
• Participate in training and professional development activities as scheduled.
• Travel between assigned campuses, ensuring consistent coverage and support.
