Make a meaningful impact supporting student communication and learning by providing speech-language therapy in a school setting! Two enthusiastic and skilled Speech-Language Pathologists are needed for in-person roles working with elementary students across Washington and Greene Counties. These vital contract opportunities begin with orientation and training in mid-August in preparation for the school year.

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania SLP Educator Certificate required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) highly desired
• Experience in school-based settings working with PreK-5th grade students
• Strong communication skills and collaborative approach with educators and families
• Flexibility to travel between assigned locations across Washington and Greene County
• Reliable transportation and willingness to commute to multiple school sites

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students according to IEP goals
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and progress monitoring
• Develop and implement intervention plans in collaboration with special education teams
• Provide consultation and support to teachers and families to promote speech/language success in the classroom
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and student records
• Attend required training sessions August 13th, 14th (and 17th for multi-site role) at McMurray campus
• Manage a caseload of approximately 50 students (Washington Park Elementary) or flexibly serve multiple schools on assigned days
