Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state licensure, or eligibility to obtain licensure, in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• School-based SLP experience and familiarity with IEP processes
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational capabilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech, language, and communication therapy for students
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress records in line with school and district requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and offer professional support to colleagues
