Two positions are available:

• Provide on-site SLP services to a single elementary school or serve multiple school locations within the counties.
• Attend essential training in August (specific dates provided) to get acclimated with district procedures and teams.
• Regular hours follow a consistent school-based schedule, offering optimal work-life balance.
• One role is based at Washington Park Elementary with a 50-student caseload; the other requires travel to sites in Fredericktown, McDonald, and Waynesburg (candidates should be comfortable with this regional commute).

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid PA SLP Educator Certificate required.
• SLP-CCC credential mandated.
• Previous school-based SLP experience highly preferred.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and progress-monitoring skills.
• Ability to engage diverse student populations with empathy and professionalism.
• Reliable transportation, as one position requires travel to multiple school locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students.
• Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions tailored to student needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families for optimal therapy plans.
