Make a significant impact by providing speech-language services to students in an engaging school setting near McKeesport, PA. This contract position offers the chance to support young learners at Dunbar Township Elementary, working directly with a caseload of approximately 38 students over the first semester.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP-CCC) required
• PA SLP Educator Certificate is mandatory
• Prior experience delivering school-based SLP services
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families
• Comfort with common speech/language assessment and IEP procedures

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy sessions onsite, 3 days per week (8:15AM – 3:40PM)
• Conduct student assessments, develop treatment goals, and write accurate documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to best support student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to progress reports as needed
• Maintain organized records and comply with district and state regulatory guidelines
