As our next Production Control Planner, you'll develop production plans that balance labor, materials, equipment capacity, and customer demand across a diverse portfolio of proprietary aerospace products. Working alongside Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement, and Supply Chain, you'll help ensure production stays aligned, resources are utilized effectively, and customer commitments are met. This is an opportunity to work in an environment where your planning expertise is valued, your ideas are welcomed, and your contributions have a visible impact on the success of our operations.What You'll Own:Build and maintain finite capacity production schedules that reflect real world constraints (labor, machines, materials and tools)Use Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS) systems and ERP/MRP tools (Infor or Oracle) to plan production across multiple work centersAnalyze multi level BOM's to manage dependencies and plan effectivelyCollaborate with Planning, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Manufacturing to coordinate work orders, materials and resourcesAdjust schedules for downtime, material delays, labor shortages, or high priority ordersSupport inventory strategies, including safety stock and lead time evaluations for key itemsCommunicate schedule changes and risks to internal teams and customer serviceIdentify inefficiencies and participate in planning process improvementsWhat We're Looking For:Bachelors Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred2-3 years of planning experience in a manufacturing environmentProficiency in constraint-based/finite planning, including labor and equipment capacityStrong working knowledge of APS systems (Infor or similar) and MRP/ERP toolsProven experience working with complex, multi-level BOM's (8+ levels)Skilled with data analysis and production trackingAnalytical mindset in solving production problemsBonus Points If You Have:Experience in aerospace or another regulated industryFamiliarity with ISO AS9102 Rev D compliance standardsInfor ExperienceExposure to manual and mixed manufacturing processes (machining, assembly, paint, press)Understanding of procurement flow and supply chain coordinationExperience helping a team transition from unconstrained to constrained planningWhy You'll Love Working Here:We are a multi-generational team with members representing a diversity of cultures, educational backgrounds, experience levels and ideas all'making it happen' from one location in beautiful, coastal South Florida.
