Administrative Operations Manager

Carolina PRG

Carolina PRG is partnering with a growing service-based organization in the Charlotte area to identify an Operations Administrative Manager. This leadership role will oversee the administrative operations that support day-to-day business activities across multiple locations, with a strong focus on customer service, billing, order processing, scheduling coordination, workflow management, and team leadership. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys managing administrative operations in a fast paced environment while partnering closely with operational and field teams to ensure efficient service delivery and strong internal processes Responsibilities s:Oversee day-to-day administrative operations supporting multiple business locatio nsManage and develop administrative, customer service, and operational support sta ffSupport billing, invoicing, order processing, scheduling coordination, and operational reporting activiti esEnsure workflows, documentation, and administrative processes are completed accurately and efficient lyPartner with operational leadership to improve communication, service execution, and overall workflow efficien cyMonitor operational and administrative KPIs to ensure service standards and response times are achiev edAssist with process improvement initiatives focused on workflow optimization, organization, and customer support operatio nsCoordinate across departments including operations, customer service, accounting, and logistics to support business nee dsHelp resolve operational and customer related issues in a timely and professional mann erSupport ongoing system, reporting, and process improvement initiatives across the organizati Qualifications ns:4+ years of experience in administrative operations, customer service operations, branch operations, or operational support leaders hipExperience managing teams within a fast paced service, distribution, or operational environm entStrong background in billing, invoicing, order processing, scheduling coordination, or customer support operati onsExperience improving workflows, processes, and operational efficie ncyStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving ski llsComfortable operating in a fast paced, team-oriented environm entProficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/order management systems prefer redPrior experience supporting multi-location operations or service-based environments is a p #J-18808-Ljbffr
