Strategic Internal Communications Lead

Boston University Advancement is seeking an Associate Director of Internal Communications to lead the division's internal communications program. You will help shape information flow, culture, and engagement across staff by developing strategy, managing content calendars, and coordinating executive communications with the Managing Director.
You will oversee content for the Staff Hub and division-wide newsletters, collaborate with People & Culture and Applications Enablement teams, and support
