Troy Peterson Insurance Agency LLC is a dynamic insurance agency affiliated with State Farm, dedicated to providing exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions to our clients. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our sales team.
Position Overview:
We seek an outgoing individual who is passionate about helping others and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is not only ambitious but also comfortable reaching out to new people and building lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and community events.
- Educate clients on various insurance products and services.
- Identify client needs and offer tailored insurance solutions.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall agency growth.
Qualifications:
- No insurance experience necessary.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a desire to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
