The Role

Lead the architecture, operations, and continuous improvement of Everpure's global audiovisual technology ecosystem to power seamless collaboration for teams worldwide. In this role, you will define enterprise room standards, establish follow-the-sun support models across North America, Europe, and Asia, and elevate the user experience across all executive, venue, and conference spaces. You will partner closely with Networking, Collaboration Services, Information Security, Workplace, and executive leadership to ensure our AV systems are secure, resilient, and scalable. By driving automation, monitoring, and multi-year refresh strategies, you will transform AV infrastructure from a utility into a reliable strategic asset for Everpure.

What You'll Do

• Global AV Strategy & Architectural Standards: Define, govern, and maintain Everpure's multi-year global AV roadmap, reference architectures, and room standards across conference rooms, executive spaces, and event venues.
• Operational Excellence & Service Delivery: Oversee global AV operations and incident management, using telemetry and service metrics to eliminate technical debt, improve reliability, and establish sustainable follow-the-sun support models across our hubs in the United States, Prague, and Bangalore.
• Cross-Functional Infrastructure Integration: Partner with Networking and Collaboration Services to ensure seamless interoperability with platforms like Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and Webex, while ensuring AV-over-IP systems adhere to enterprise networking and security standards.
• Event Execution & Workplace Capital Projects: Lead technical readiness and live support for high-profile executive events while directing end-to-end AV delivery for new office builds, renovations, and technology refresh programs.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile stakeholders, including Real Estate Workplace Services (REWSS) and the Executive Team, to align AV strategies, priorities, and service delivery with business needs.
• Vendor & Financial Governance: Own global vendor partnerships, SLA performance, and contract negotiations with integrators and manufacturers while managing capital and operating budgets.

What You Bring

• Leadership & Global Delivery: Proven track record of managing and coaching distributed technical teams across multiple regions, establishing operational workflows, and managing multi-year capital/operating budgets.
• Enterprise AV & Network Engineering: Deep technical expertise in enterprise AV architecture, room design, and AV-over-IP technologies (e.g., Dante, NDI), alongside a strong understanding of core networking concepts such as VLANs, QoS, and multicast.
• Ecosystem Integration & Service Operations: Hands-on experience integrating AV hardware with enterprise meeting platforms (Zoom Rooms, Webex) and implementing proactive monitoring, incident management, and automated support processes.
• Vendor & Project Governance: Demonstrated ability to manage external systems integrators, hold vendors accountable to strict SLAs, and deliver complex workplace technology buildouts on schedule.
• Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity. There is no application deadline and we accept applications on an ongoing basis until the job is filled.

The annual base salary range is:

$186,000 - $279,000 USD
