Learn more at SummaryThis is a hybrid role and may require occasional travel to hospitals or meeting rooms.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesCollect, consolidate, and report operational metrics.Identify performance anomalies and noncompliance and support remedial activities.Review operational data for completeness, validity, accuracy, and compliance.Complete EOC and KPI dashboards.Review inventory and coverage-level changes and report findings to the supervisor.Monitor and track asset and service renewals.Assist Regional and Unit supervisors with requested reports.Monitor and ensure compliance within the scope of the contract through client-facing KPI reporting.Monitor the effectiveness of client communications regarding change orders, KPIs, billing, and related matters.Represent the company on various hospital committees and in meetings to help ensure safe and effective equipment operation according to contract specifications.Provide reporting to the client upon request.Update coverage levels and contract costs in the CMMS after each amendment and change order.Prepare quarterly notification reports for the client.Assist with the annual budget and forecast.Identify drivers of financial performance.Assist with out-of-scope invoices, including distribution.Review pass-through contracts and assigned work.Perform other duties as assigned that are intrinsic to the successful operation of the business.QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in business or a related subject, or equivalent experience.General knowledge of data analytics and financial management.ExperienceMinimum of two years of experience in data analytics or financial management.Minimum of two years of customer service experience.Associates at Crothall are offered many fantastic benefits.MedicalDentalVisionLife Insurance/ ADDisability InsuranceRetirement PlanFlexible Time OffHoliday Time Off (varies by site/state)Associate Shopping ProgramHealth and Wellness ProgramsDiscount MarketplaceIdentity Theft ProtectionPet InsuranceCommuter BenefitsEmployee Assistance ProgramFlexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)Paid Parental LeavePersonal LeaveAssociates may also be eligible for paid and/or unpaid time off benefits in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
