Salary will be based on the candidate's experience and other job-related factors, in accordance with applicable law.

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Legal Assistant with 3-10 years of experience to support our dynamic litigation team in Naples, Florida . This position plays a critical role in high-level matters involving complex business litigation, construction law and litigation, commercial and civil litigation, and estate and trust litigation .

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys handling complex litigation

* Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings

* File court documents and assist in trial prep

* Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files using iManage

* Manage attorney calendars, court deadlines, and client communications

* Track billable hours and process expenses using Chrome River

* Utilize tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) , Intapp , and other firm software

✅ Qualifications:

* 3-10 years of litigation legal assistant experience in a mid-to-large law firm

* Proficient in legal secretarial and administrative functions

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

* Professional communication skills - written, oral, and interpersonal

* High level of discretion and respect for confidentiality

* Ability to work independently with some supervision and handle occasional overtime

* Bachelor's Degree preferred

* Notary Public designation is a plus

Salary commensurate with candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
