Litigation Paralegal

LHH Legal is partnering with a growing Naples-area law firm seeking an experienced Business Litigation Paralegal or Legal Assistant to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation professional looking for a stable, long-term role with flexibility, strong leadership, and the ability to work on sophisticated business litigation matters. Responsibilities Support attorneys throughout all phases of civil litigation Prepare, review, and electronically file court documents Manage case calendars and track critical deadlines Draft and respond to discovery, including interrogatories and document requests Coordinate depositions, hearings, and mediation logistics Handle e-discovery and document management Organize and maintain case files and litigation records Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and vendors as needed Qualifications Prior experience as a Litigation Paralegal or Legal Assistant Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures Experience with e-filing in state and/or federal courts Knowledge of discovery, calendaring, depositions, and case management Experience with e-discovery platforms and electronic document review Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Competitive compensation of $75,000 - $95,000 , depending on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
