Kelly Services is looking to hire several Site Logistics Operators/Material Handlers in Knoxville, TN for an industry leading chemical company. For this opportunity, you could be placed as a Chemical Finished Product Operator or a Polymers Packaging/Warehousing/Shipping Operator on a long-term, indefinite assignment. You will be working with chemicals and should be comfortable doing such - either with previous experience or the willingness to learn. Job Description One of our top customers, a global leader in the Healthcare field, is currently seeking a Staffing Coordinator for a 6 month + temporary position. This position is located in Deerfield, IL. The rate of pay is $17.50 per hour. This is a 1st shift position, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for the administration of employment processes in accordance with hiring guidelines and policies. This individual provides support to the Talent Acquisition function in various customer-servicing aspects of employment; from scheduling all phases of interviews to the final offer process. This position requires extensive interaction with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Vendors and candidates/applicants. Our chose candidate will contribute to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition group by providing a high level of customer service and quality throughout the Recruiting Process. Responsibilities Serve as dedicated Staffing Coordinator for selected group of hiring managers and recruiters Scheduling interviews Coordinating candidate travel Preparing offer letters Facilitate job postings Applicant Tracking System administration Entry, maintenance and integrity of data into PeopleSoft and Applicant Tracking System Communicate professionally and effectively with all parties involved in the recruitment process Process invoices as needed Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times Skills and Qualifications Must have at least 2 years of Staffing / Recruiting experience High School Diploma or GED Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience preferred Excellent written and communication skills Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr Direct Staffing Inc
