The nurse will monitor patients recovering from surgery or serious illnesses. The role includes administering medication and observing patients' vital signs. The RN will also collaborate with the healthcare team to develop patient care plans. Strong assessment skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. The RN must be able to handle emergencies and provide support to patients and their families. The position requires a commitment to patient-centered care and safety.
