Oracle HCM Product Owner

Role Description

The HCM Product Owner is responsible for the functional support, enhancement, and strategic roadmap of Oracle HCM Cloud applications, including:

• Core HR
• Payroll
• Benefits
• Absence Management
• Time and Labor
• Talent Management
• Recruiting
• Workforce Management

This role serves as the primary liaison between HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure HCM solutions effectively support business operations, compliance requirements, and employee experience objectives. The HCM Product Owner manages business priorities, oversees system enhancements, resolves complex functional issues, and drives continuous improvement of HCM processes. This position is responsible for developing the Oracle HCM roadmap, evaluating emerging capabilities including AI-enabled solutions, and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, cross-functional business processes, and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting or managing Oracle HCM Cloud applications required.
• Experience with multiple Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time and Labor, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Workforce Management required.
