Licensed Nursing Home AdministratorWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead a skilled nursing facility in the Plymouth, CT area. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience in long-term care, strong operational management skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional resident care.Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of the nursing home while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulationsProvide leadership, support, and mentorship to staff, fostering a positive workplace cultureManage budgets, staffing, and facility resources to meet organizational goalsEnsure the highest standards of resident care, safety, and satisfactionBuild positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partnersQualifications:Current Connecticut Nursing Home Administrator license (LNHA)Leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilitiesStrong understanding of regulatory compliance, reimbursement, and best practices in elder careExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsCompetitive salary, comprehensive benefits.
