Senior Commercial Counsel for AI Infrastructure & SaaS

Modal is seeking a Senior Commercial Counsel to be the first commercial lawyer, drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements and building templates, playbooks, and positions that guide operations. You will report to the General Counsel and work with Sales, BizOps, Finance and Engineering to enable scalable commercial processes. This high-impact role requires SaaS contracting expertise, CLM experience (e.g., Ironclad), and the ability to balance risk with the needs of a #J-18808-Ljbffr Justia, Inc.
