Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients and developing tailored treatment plans.

• Providing individual, couples, and family therapy, addressing a variety of mental health issues.

• Facilitating sessions that may include both collaborative discussions and individual consultations, ensuring all family members are adequately supported.

• Intervening in complex family dynamics, such as addressing alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief, and family conflict.

• Utilizing evidence-based treatment methods and therapies to promote client progress and engagement.

• Documenting sessions and maintaining up-to-date electronic health records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents, dealing with various challenges such as:

• Conflict resolution among family members, including mother-daughter interactions

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related discipline.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
