A growing CPA and advisory firm is seeking an experienced Accounting & Advisory Manager. This is a highly visible, relationship-driven role focused on managing client engagements, leading advisory initiatives, and serving as a strategic partner to business owners and leadership teams.

Job Function:

• Manage and maintain strong client relationships while serving as a trusted advisor on accounting and business matters.
• Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance, support, and oversight on client engagements.
• Support higher-level accounting, advisory, and consulting projects across multiple service lines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality client service and operational efficiency.
• Participate in strategic planning discussions and contribute to firm operations and process improvements.
• Review financial information and provide recommendations to support client business objectives.
• Balance client interaction, team leadership, and advisory responsibilities in a fast-paced professional environment.

Job Requirements:

Job Requirements:

• CPA a must.
• 5+ years of public / private accounting experience.
• Experience regularly communicating with clients.
• General knowledge of Assurance and Tax processes.
