Our client in W. Palm Beach is seeking an onsite, direct hire AR Specialist to manage invoicing, documentation, and collections in a fast-paced environment. This role ensures shipments are billed accurately, documentation is aligned (BOLs, shipping docs), and AR is actively managed.
Highlights:- Up to $75K
- 100% onsite | Monday-Friday, 8-5
- Hands-on role with billing/resolving issues, AR aging, and cash applications/applying & reconciling payments
- 2+ years of billing/AR or accounting support experience
- Strong Excel + ERP skills
- High attention to detail with documentation and reconciliation
