Key Responsibilities :

• Process and log a high volume of incoming work from customer portal daily.

• Receive completed work from crews and document completion information.

• Serve as the primary person for billing activity in customer portals.

• Recognize billing errors and proactively address before processing.

• Monitor billing in customer portal to ensure timely payments and address any unpaid invoices.

• Other support tasks to ensure team success.

Qualifications – Requirements :

• 2+ years of experience clerical or financial operations role.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Schedule:

• Full-time, day shift from Monday to Friday.
• In-office.
• Overtime as needed.
