PT Port Security Officers $18.50

Position Summary Part‑time Port Security Officer, working Fridays morning to early afternoon, with the possibility to pick up additional days as needed. Schedule Fridays morning to early afternoon with option to pick up other days on occasion. Pay Officers start at $18.50 per hour; Screeners start at $19.50 per hour. Sign‑on bonuses: $200 for part‑time and $400 for full‑time screeners who are already screener certified. Qualifications TWIC Card and Florida Department of Transportation Security License required to begin working. Ability to obtain a TWIC or D License under a repayment agreement is supported. Responsibilities Maintain a safe and secure environment by actively monitoring premises and patrolling locations. Preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for clients' personnel, visitors, and the area. Provide customer service and information to employees and customers as needed.
