Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.75 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 07:30 AM – 07:00 PM; Fri 01:30 PM – 08:30 PM; Sat 03:00 PM – 08:30 PM; Sun 09:00 AM – 07:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out site‑specific access procedures and other security‑related policies at a residential location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor, vendor, and contractor authorization, and document activity in accordance with community guidelines. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter to help identify unauthorized access, property concerns, and other security‑related issues. Communicate clearly with residents, management, and team members regarding access requests, policy questions, and incident‑related information. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 2 years of security‑related experience. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred. Have customer service experience, preferred. Guard card is required. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
