Compensation: $200,000 - $220,000
Job OverviewWe are looking for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician to join our team in Suffolk, Virginia. This role offers the opportunity to build an outpatient pediatrics panel while enjoying a part-time schedule of three days a week. The position includes light shared call responsibilities and no inpatient duties.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and manage an outpatient pediatrics panel.
- Work a three-day week with clinic hours from Monday to Friday.
- Collaborate with advanced practice providers (APPs) at each clinic location.
- Care for 18-22 patients daily, addressing both common pediatric issues and more complex cases, including ADD/ADHD.
- Engage with pediatric specialists throughout the region to enhance patient care.
- Contribute to a patient-centered medical home recognized by NCQA.
