Salary Range: $200,000 - $220,000

Join our organization as a Pediatrician and establish an outpatient pediatrics panel while enjoying a part-time schedule of three days a week. This role includes light shared call responsibilities and no inpatient duties. We are looking for a board-certified or board-eligible Pediatrician to become part of a supportive clinic environment in Suffolk, Virginia, with access to pediatric specialists throughout the region. Opportunity Highlights

• Participate in light, evenly distributed call with after-hours triage assistance.
• Enjoy a three-day outpatient workweek with clinic hours from Monday to Friday.
• Work alongside advanced practice providers (APPs) at each clinic location.
• Experience a ramp-up period of 2-3 months with consistent patient volumes.
• Manage 18-22 patients daily, covering both standard and complex pediatric cases, including ADD/ADHD.
• Collaborate with pediatric specialists across the region.
• No inpatient care responsibilities required.
• Practice in an NCQA-recognized patient-centered medical home.
• Demonstrate strong skills in charting, documentation, responsiveness, and communication.
