Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload by establishing rapport with clients to foster positive, therapeutic relationships while maintaining professional boundaries and ethics.

• Conduct regular meetings to assess client progress, stability, and to schedule upcoming appointments or discharges when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individual, person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance regulations.

• Perform intake assessments to gather essential information for developing accurate treatment plans.
\n
• Provide individual therapy sessions weekly, maintaining a flexible and supportive approach to each client’s therapeutic needs.

• Engage in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and professional development.

• Collaboration with other healthcare providers to coordinate care and share resources will be essential to optimize client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in mental health counseling from an accredited program.

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential must be unrestricted, independent, current, and active.

• A minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience, with at least one year in an outpatient setting post-graduation.

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, with a focus on trauma-informed care.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology, including software applications for documentation and communication (e.g., RMS systems, Outlook, and Excel).
