About the Position:
\nOur client, an Am Law 200 firm, is seeking a corporate attorney to join its Chicago office as an associate. The firm represents a diverse clientele that includes multinational corporations and private equity investors in a wide array of sophisticated domestic and international M&A transactions.

\n· Advise clients across a broad range of industries on corporate and transactional matters, including M&A and venture capital deals
\n· Draft and negotiate transaction documents, and oversee deal execution
\n· Partner directly with senior attorneys and clients on sophisticated transactions
\n \nRequired Qualifications:
\n· 2-4 years of substantive corporate and transactional experience
\n· Background in corporate and M&A and/or venture capital matters
\n· Strong drafting and negotiation skills
\n \nLocation:
\nChicago, IL (Hybrid)
\n \nCompensation:
\nThe anticipated base salary range for this position is $225,000 – $300,000.
