- Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 base depending on experience plus origination and bonus
- Billable hours: around 1400 a year
- Firm wide focus and investment in business development

Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience as a corporate transactional attorney working on M&A deals.
- Ability to run a deal on their own.
