The Role You’ll work on a range of labor and employment matters in a collaborative, flexible environment. The firm is open to candidates with a traditional L&E background as well as strong general litigators or commercial litigators who are ready to transition into the practice area and can hit the ground running. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience Labor & employment background preferred; strong general or commercial litigators will be considered Ability to quickly absorb new subject matter and work independently Active Missouri bar admission or eligibility to waive in Why This Role Flexible work environment — the firm's culture supports attorneys managing their own schedules, with an expectation of roughly 3 days in‑office.
