IT Sales Project Manager - INTL Brazil

Job Description Manage 3-5 concurrent Sales technology projects from planning through implementation. Build and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource forecasts. Facilitate stakeholder meetings and working sessions across business and technical teams. Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, action items, and deliverables. Provide executive-ready project status updates and communicate project health. Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to keep projects on track. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking for assigned initiatives. Drive stakeholder alignment around project scope, priorities, and success metrics. Assist with rollout planning, adoption readiness, training coordination, reporting, and project documentation. Ensure adherence to PMO governance standards and best practices. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of Project Management experience. Experience managing IT projects in a business-facing environment. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority. Strong project financial management experience including budgeting and forecasting. Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies. Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly: Excel PowerPoint Word Experience with project management tools such as: Smartsheet Jira MS Project Experience supporting Sales Operations, CRM, Marketing, Pricing, or Commercial Technology projects. Salesforce or CRM platform experience. Experience with: ERP integrations Order-to-Cash processes Customer analytics Pricing platforms Reporting and dashboard tools PMP or CAPM certification. #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
