Business Development ManagerWe are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth by identifying, qualifying, and capturing federal contracting opportunities. This role focuses on expanding the company's portfolio across U.S. government agencies through full lifecycle capture and business development efforts.Key Responsibilities:Lead business development and capture efforts across the full federal procurement lifecycleIdentify and qualify new opportunities aligned with company capabilitiesDevelop and execute win strategies to secure federal contractsBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunitiesEstablish and maintain relationships with government stakeholders and industry partnersSupport proposal development, including solutioning, pricing, and positioningMonitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory changesMaintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting in CRM systemsKey Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Government, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of business development, capture, or sales experience in federal contractingProven success winning federal contracts (prime and/or subcontract)Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal acquisition processesExperience with contract vehicles such as GWACs, IDIQs, BPAs, and GSA SchedulesEstablished network within federal agencies and/or government contractorsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbout Us:InterSources Inc, a Certified Diverse Supplier, was founded in 2007 and offers innovative solutions to help clients with Digital Transformations across various domains and industries.
