Bookkeeper – Maddux and Company (Miami, FL)
Maddux and Company, a commercial real estate and association management firm in Miami, is hiring a Bookkeeper to support our property management team. This is an in-person position at our Miami office.
Responsibilities:
- Process and make bank deposits
- Post payments and enter invoices
- Reconcile bank statements
- Run financial reports
- Support several property managers across a portfolio of commercial properties and associations
Requirements:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- English speaking required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
- Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
Salary: $50,000/year
