Project Manager — Ownership & Growth in Construction

Alair Homes Arlington is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead residential construction projects from initiation to closeout. You will coordinate planning, permitting, scheduling, and on-site execution while managing budgets, timelines, and client communications. You’ll work with homeowners, subcontractors, and design partners, leveraging Buildertrend or Procore to keep records and drive project success.
