Our client, a healthcare industry leader, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an essential part of the customer support department, assisting patients, caregivers, and providers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing outstanding service, aligning successfully with the organization's mission to deliver compassionate and efficient healthcare support.

Pay Range: $15

What's the Job?

• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers.
• Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller.
• Provide accurate information to the caller.
• Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers.
• Resolve the callers' needs efficiently and professionally.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 1 year call center experience preferred.
• Previous healthcare experience desired.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to type 35+ WPM.
