Your Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, performing physical examinations and detailed assessments of medical histories
• Assist in diagnosing surgical conditions by interpreting imaging studies and lab results
• Work closely with surgeons to develop and implement personalized surgical treatment plans
• Provide vital intraoperative assistance, preparing operating rooms, ensuring patients are appropriately positioned, and passing surgical instruments with skill and precision
• Deliver outstanding pre-operative and post-operative care, including medication administration, wound care, discharge planning, and patient education

Required Education

• Master's degree from a recognized Physician Assistant program
• Completion of clinical rotations with a surgical emphasis is highly preferred

Necessary Certifications

• Current and valid PA-C certification
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Physician Assistant
