Role

We are looking for a GTM Learning Platforms Manager to join our team. This is a Hybrid or Remote role, reporting to the Senior Director of GTM Enablement in the Revenue Enablement department. The GTM Learning Platforms Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the learning platform landscape. This role ensures that learning technologies align with business objectives, providing a seamless and scalable experience for training, onboarding, and continuous enablement of Sales, Customer Success, and other revenue‑generating teams. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of learning strategies, governance frameworks, and platform administration to drive adoption and effectiveness of learning systems.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

• Develop and execute a comprehensive learning systems strategy and governance framework that aligns with GTM enablement priorities
• Serve as the administrator and subject matter expert for learning and enablement platforms, managing system configurations, workflows, and integrations
• Partner with GTM Enablement, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to curate, manage, and optimize learning pathways and training programs
• Define and track KPIs for learning adoption and content effectiveness, leveraging analytics to drive continuous improvements
• Manage relationships with LMS, CMS, and Sales Enablement vendors while acting as a key liaison between Enablement, IT, HR, and Revenue Operations

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem‑solving
• 3‑5+ years of experience managing LMS, CMS, or Sales Enablement platforms, preferably within a SaaS or GTM function
• Strong understanding of learning technology, adult learning principles, and enablement strategies
• Hands‑on experience with LMS platforms, CMS tools, and modern sales enablement technologies
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Looker
• Experience managing system integrations combined with excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Demonstrate strong AI fluency by leveraging coding assistants, LLMs, and Generative AI tools to accelerate troubleshooting, solution design, automation, and customer problem‑solving, while applying sound technical judgment to validate outputs
• Hands‑on experience implementing, managing, or optimizing Letter AI

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full‑time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range

$145,600 - $182,000 USD
