Payments Implementation Manager

We're looking for a Payments Implementation Manager to work on high-impact payments initiatives throughout the business, using insight to solve challenges, scale processes, and deliver better outcomes for our customers.

What you'll be doing:

• Acting as the primary point of contact for Fedwire and the US payments ecosystem
• Owning the development, governance, and performance of US payment capabilities and infrastructure
• Building relationships with the Federal Reserve, payment systems, banking partners, and industry stakeholders
• Translating regulatory and market requirements into product, operational, and technical solutions
• Partnering with Product, Engineering, Treasury, and Operations teams to scale and enhance US payment services

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience owning or managing Fedwire, wire, treasury services, or US payment products within a fintech or bank
• A solid understanding of Fedwire and the US payments ecosystem
• Experience interacting with the Federal Reserve, payment systems, correspondent banks, or industry bodies
• Expertise in delivering payment product enhancements, implementations, or infrastructure changes
• In-depth knowledge of payments regulation, operational risk, and scheme governance

Requirements

• Compensation range: US: $156,750 - $165,000 gross annually*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
• *Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
