Associate Project Manager

Associate Project ManagerStryker is seeking a tenacious, customer service-focused Associate Project Manager to manage customer engagements from initial transition from Sales through final delivery and transition to the Services team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions across all care.ai product lines that meet and exceed business and customer satisfaction metrics and satisfy budget and schedule requirements. care.ai specializes in delivering AI-assisted virtual care workflows, smart room technology and ambient intelligence solutions.What you will do:Schedule, facilitate, and lead the transition process from the Sales team to the Services teamLead the assigned delivery teams to ensure the project meets the scope, schedule, quality and budget expectationsPlan, schedule, and track project milestones, critical paths, deliverables, and accurate revenue forecasting using industry standard toolsEnsure delivery process aligns with standards established through the care.ai Solutions Deployment MethodologyTrack and report on compliance to project budgets, drive project change orders as necessary, and generally be accountable for the project P&LFacilitate project communications, including lead regular project status meetings with all partners, documenting meeting minutes, and managing all ongoing action itemsEnsure that all project deliverables and documentation are archived appropriately and in a timely manner, as well as satisfy established project review and audit processesConduct project close-out activities, including transitioning processes back to Sales and Support; Elicit, compile, and share post-delivery lessons and feedbackThis role requires periodic travel throughout the Southeastern U.S. (up to once monthly) to support onsite meetings, stakeholder engagement, and project execution.What you need:Bachelor's degree2+ years of professional experienceExperience with project management software, Monday.com and JIRA preferredPMP certificationStrong understanding of enterprise network architecture, firewall requirements, and infrastructure components to support secure, scalable business solutionsUnderstanding of clinical workflows and hospital environments gained through direct healthcare experience is strongly preferredUnited States of America Pay Ranges:USN: $69,500 - $110,900 USD AnnualPuerto Rico: $69,500 - $110,900 USD AnnualUS5: $73,000 - $116,400 USD AnnualUS10: $76,500 - $122,000 USD AnnualUS15: $79,900 - $127,500 USD AnnualUS20: $83,400 - $133,100 USD AnnualUS30: $90,400 - $144,200 USD AnnualStryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
