Customer Service Rep / Call Center / Client Support

ADP is hiring customer service professionals for their Associate Client Support Consultant position. This hybrid role requires 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely each week, Monday through Friday. In this role you will serve as ADP’s front‑line for solving clients’ challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, training users on ADP technology, and more. You carry the weight of ADP’s service reputation and client satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on helping clients with 1–49 employees. The day‑to‑day tasks will vary as client questions differ, but the core goal remains: provide excellent service and support. What You’ll Do Client Support : Help clients manage their business with ADP solutions, troubleshoot payroll issues, and partner with internal teams for a seamless experience. Learn : Continuously upgrade your knowledge of payroll, federal and state compliance, operating procedures, and desktop support tools. Organize : Adhere to a daily schedule and manage a high volume of inbound calls, with the option to handle increased traffic during peak seasons.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

Required Qualifications At least one year of customer service experience or HR/HRIS experience with systems. Availability to work overtime during peak seasons. Fluency in both English and Spanish is a plus. College degree is great but not required; relevant experience or military service with teamwork, adaptability, and strong organizational skills is acceptable. Compensation ranges from $15.00 to $28.94 per hour, and may include additional bonus, equity, or commission.
