Now Hiring: Certified Welder | 1st Shift

Acloché is seeking experienced and dependable Welders for an excellent opportunity with a growing company!

If you have strong MIG/TIG welding experience, can read blueprints, and hold a current AWS D1.1 Certification, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Use jigs, fixtures, and hand layouts to fabricate parts and perform product rework as needed
• Work closely with Fitters and Fitter/Welders to fabricate and weld multi-component assemblies
• Inspect completed welds and make corrections to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, work orders, and job specifications
• Perform quality checks using calipers and other measuring tools
• Inspect equipment regularly and report any maintenance or repair needs to supervisors or maintenance personnel
• Support production by performing a variety of skilled fabrication and welding tasks
• Cross-train and assist in other departments as needed to support operations
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Qualifications

✅ AWS D1.1 Certification Required

✅ Strong experience with MIG and TIG welding

✅ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings

✅ Must successfully pass a weld test

✅ Experience using calipers and precision measuring tools

✅ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

⭐ Robotic welding experience is a plus

Schedule

Monday - Friday
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Overtime available as needed

Pay

Starting at $25.00 per hour
(Based on experience)
